MESCO is established during the year 1982 by a group of young doctors, under the guidance and patronage of eminent senior doctors, gathered to form an educational, social and cultural organization for Muslims. MESCO College of Pharmacy (MCP) is the most successful project being maintained by MESCO. The college is housed in MESCO Educational Complex at Mustaidpura, which is ragging- and pollution- free, with an imposing building and has the most conducive atmosphere for both didactic and pragmatic excellence. The college, started in the year 2003 with B.Pharm, gradually became one of the best colleges in Hyderabad and is currently offering Pharm D, Pharm D (PB) and M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with the approval by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and affiliation by the Osmania University, Hyderabad. We at MCP give equal importance to both theoretical concepts and practical aspects of all the subjects of the curriculum. Our Principal and Teaching Staff take utmost care in the pedagogy and hence all the students are imparted with quality education and training. B.Pharm students will be taken to industrial visits during their study at MCP. All the students of Pharm D are guided by the preceptors during the hospital postings and we provide the access to primary, secondary and tertiary drug information resources. We encourage the M.Pharm students and staff pursuing their doctoral programs to utilize the excellent lab facilities in our modular PG labs.

MESCO is committed to do splendid service to the community in general and Muslims in particular. The organization has a wide canvas, taking under its umbrella all segments of the society. It has a Diagnostic Centre and runs various schools and professional colleges including MESCO College of Pharmacy (MCP). The college is located at Mustaidpura, an underprivileged area in the area of education. We are offering various pharmacy courses catering to the needs of both industrial and clinical sides of the pharmacy profession by moulding the students into the knowledgeable and able pharmacists. Our Principal and Teaching Staff are providing the excellent learning platform to the budding pharmacists by providing the ambient didactic environment by utilizing the infrastructural facilities created by us: the Management of MESCO. Our students are encouraged to participate both in curricular and extra -curricular activities. They are given ample opportunities to show case their talent in various professional celebrations like National Pharmacy Week and also in Sports and games competitions. We appointed a senior and qualified Physical Director to highlight the importance of Sports in the overall development of students. Thus, the success of the students admitted in MCP is guaranteed!

MESCO stands for Muslim Educational Social and Cultural Organization and is actively engaged in catering to the needs of community in the areas of health care and education for more than four decades. Among the professional educational institutions established by MESCO, College of Pharmacy stands first both in terms of students’ strength and their pass percentage. A seat in MCP has got the craze and demand because of the academic track record for the past two decades, excellent infrastructural facilities, availability of teaching aids like LCD projectors in all class rooms and advanced laboratory equipment in the state of the art modular PG labs, transportation facility to Pharm D students from the college to hospital, excellent collection of library books and journals and above all the availability of highly qualified Principal and Teaching Staff having great aptitude for both teaching and research. MCP is steadily maintaining the average pass percentage of 90 percent from the inception of the college in the academic year 2003-04 to till date. The other salient features of MCP include excellent faculty retention rate due to the ambient working conditions in the college, availability of 45 KV generator facility. We wish a prosperous career to all the students joining in the MCP.

MESCO College of Pharmacy (MCP) established under the aegis of MESCO in the academic year 2003-04 has a successful and proven track record of grooming the students of B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Pharm D by providing education and industrial/hospital training exposure as prescribed in the curriculum by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and as recommended by the Osmania University, Hyderabad. To achieve this, we have provided and continuing to provide excellent infrastructure, recruit qualified staff and providing the best teaching, research and learning environment in the college. A prospective student surely gets impressed with the Principal, Teaching Staff and the Library facilities and Modular PG lab facilities in the college.
